Wouldn’t It Be Cool To Create A Horror Theme Park?
It's always been a fantasy of mine and if I had millions of dollars it would be made already.
Picture DisneyWorld but with a horror theme. Of course Dracula's castle is the main building of the place with a London 1800s town setting in front of it.
Then you have a museum dedicated to torture exhibits where you can "try out" the devices on your family 
You have a tour of the Bates Motel and Norman Bates' house from Psycho.
You have a ride going through scenes of all the classics such as the summer camp of Friday the 13th, Haddonfield in Halloween, Leatherface's house of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Freddy Kruger's nightmare sequences, and much much more.
To top it all off, you have a museum with a ride attraction dedicated to the real monsters of history; such as Adolf Hitler, Stalin, Rasputin, Vlad the Impaler, and more modern madness such as Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, and the Zodiac.
If you have lots of $$$, want to help create this magical place?

Universal Studios was the closest like this I think. The actual Universal used to have this Physco behind the scenes. With all these alfred hitcock movies and all behind the scenes. IT was awesome! Then they had this monster thing where it was all about hollywood monsters, it was sooo cool. Then every year for Halloween they turned the park (Now islands of adventure) into a scary wonderland! With haunted houses, scary people running all over the place, and by 2am all there is, is fog in front of you and then random scary people popping up.
Yes, your idea is a bit extreme (with the museum ride to the real monsters of history) but Universal does a theme park verison.
I think you should look for shows, they offer plenty of shows like the park you want.

This would be a good goal for you (like what Walt Disney did) you should work at it. Start saving and look for investors. Try trading in the stock market or buy bonds. Good Luck and I look forward to seeing it happen someday!
