What are these Vampire clan names?





I'm seeing lots of OCs who are vampires at the moment and lots of them belong to clans. For example, 'Malkavian' and I was wondering, what are these clans from, what are all their names, and distinguishing features, etc? I've heard bits and pieces but nothing really explanatory.
