What are some really good books for young adults?
I'm at the age where I'm not so interested in teen books anymore so I want to find some good books in the main fiction/literature section. I like psychological thrillers, horror, "southern grotesque", and drama stories. But any suggestions are fine! thanks

"And Then There Were None" by Agatha Christie is one of my favorites. It’s a mystery thriller type.

hmm, I like your kind of books too but I’m having trouble finding them. Salems lot is horror, but I’m not sure if it’s young adult, it’s by stephen king and it’s one of his few books that doesn’t have 200 pages of thriller. Oryx and Crake is also an adult book but it has a lotttt of moral questions, I know thats not exactly what you might by psychological thrillers but it’s good none the less. Strongly recommend it, it’s just hard to get through the first few chapters. Kite runner is a really good story drama wise, and so is Memoirs of a geisha, if you haven’t read those already. I can’t really think of to many horror stories, I love scary movies but I haven’t come across to many scary books. If your a bit more of a mature reader, as in reading level wuthering heights is wonderful, but its a very difficult book. On the more young adult side of things the uglies series is a fun adventure and it has drama too
