How the hell was Van Helsing, et. al. able to track down Count Dracula’s last “earth-box” in the book?

I don't get the last few chapters, really! The chase and all that? How did they track down the coffin?

Basically, they knew that Dracula was going back to his pad in Transylvania. Because Drac had fed off Mina there was a mental link between them, and when hypnotised she can see and hear whatever Drac is seeing and hearing. This gives v H. & co clues to what route Drac is taking.
