You could file them like they do in Africa.
It’s extremely painful and will permanently ruin your teeth, though.
You’ll also look like a freak who tried to file their teeth into vampire fangs like a misguided Lestat fanboy. So.

It would be possible to do this, but you would be removing healthy and vital tooth structure.This in the long term would lead to your teeth possibly falling out, or discolouring.The alternative to this would be to get some removeable, or permanently fixed fangs made via your dentist, or pop into your local dental lab and ask them to do you some! Im a dental technician myself and have done this for someone before.

with a big file or a drill. probably a stupid idea though as it will permanently damage your teeth and whatever satisfaction you might get from it now you will pay for it dearly a little later.

You can just do it with a really fine, really sharp file. It’s gonna hurt real bad, but I bet you’ll look totally cool.
