This must the stupidest Geographic test I had read in my life. As someone who was born and raised in that region and had numerous ways to crisscross it it, some of the answer are not there:
Poland - Warsaw, river Wisla
Hungary - Budapest, river Danube
Slovakia - Bratislava, river Danube
x Romania - Bucharest, river Damboviţa, not really big and well known
central Romania has Carpathian mountains
Danube separates Romania from Bulgaria
Bulgaria is has both mountain ranges..Balkans and Rhodope
None of the mentioned three mountains reaches coast, so they do not prevent movement, the natural barrier is Danube. Carpathian mountains prevented movement from eastern and western Romania, but not south toward Bulgaria. Any of three could be debated and been in all three.
Karst is made of lime rock or soft limestones there
Check Albania in wiki (327 p per SQM)
No of the countries has Maritime West Coast climate
Central and Eastern Europe is transient zone between Maritime and Continental weather system. Slovenia is transient zone between Alpine and Maritime just north of the Mediterranean zone that is about 100 mile south from them. Hungary has typical continental pattern with hot dry summer and wet, cool and snowy winter.
All countries in Eastern Europe had recession in 1991, Poland was the first to emerge
The most common economic activity in the region is manufacturing
Agriculture, fishery, forestry made between 1-10% of GDP and employment depending on the country, but industry between 20-40%.

i know this won’t help a lot but the first answer is not Hungary, Budapest is located on the Danube. The other answers are probably correct.
