I have read Twilight and Thirst, and I own City of Bones. If you suggest a book it can be slightly related to vampires like Night World or City of Bones.

I want some names for Vampire literature that is not S. Meyer (I hate Twilight) nor Anne Rice (because I haven’t the will to start Vampire Lestat yet). I prefer something violent and gorey like Midnight mass by F. Paul Wilson. Please and thank you.

I have read many Q’s on here where a writer writes a story about a vampire and immediately a ton of people answer saying
"publishers have read a 1000 of vampires stories, they’re tired of them. Stop writing .That’s so cliche"
