ummm the vampire students, also known as fledglings, would be offered a wide array of subjects such as; Fencing, Dramatic arts, Vampire sociology, Ancient world History, English, Equestrian studies, Martial arts,Blood lust and imprinting, and The Dark Arts ( an introduction to the ancient world of vampireism and it’s people) The distribution of students would vary according to age, difficulty and type of vampire.

I heard their was a bunch of vampires inside the set of "Twilight".
They can teach how to suck blood and bat morphing. WTF HAPPENED TO BAT MORPHING! THAT WAS THE COOLEST THING A VAMPIRE CAN DO!
